The conference will be held at the Washington, DC JW Marriott Hotel

The WSC 2013 conference will be returning to the JW Marriott hotel, site of the 2007 conference. For those that attended the 2007 conference, the hotel has been updated and is even better than before. Those new to the Marriott will find a layout very conducive to the conference with lots of space for getting caught up with colleagues, ample room in the meeting rooms and easy movement among the track rooms.

WSC discounted room rate: $199 single/double plus taxes

Cut-off date to make reservations at group rate: November 8, 2013
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the special WSC rate. We anticipate that rooms will sell quickly and advise you to make reservations early, well before the cut-off date of November 8. After that date, reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates on a room available basis.

Children under 18 years old staying in the same room as their parents are free.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
