WSC 2009 Author/Presenter Information

Author Kit - Formatting instructions and templates for the Winter Simulation Conference. WSC strictly adheres to these guidelines.

Contributed Papers:

  • Author Update Center for Contributed Papers - The Author Update Center allows you to change information on the authors, the title or the abstract of your paper.
  • To Upload Changes In Accepted Papers – For those authors who have been accepted by the conferences, this link allows you to submit changes to your paper to the conference. The status of your paper is considered "Final" by the conference since you have already been accepted as a paper. A status of "Final" does not mean that you are done; it just means that you are definitely part of the conference. You may be asked to submit changes to your paper by your track coordinator or the proceedings editors as we get the papers to conform to the WSC Paper Guidelines.
  • Accepted As Posters – If you were accepted as a poster, you do not need to do anything except let us know that you want to present your poster. You do that by replying to the email that was sent to you saying that you were accepted as a poster. If you need to make changes in your abstract, click on the Author Update Center link above.

Invited Papers:

  • Register Your Invited Paper - This link allows you to register your invited paper with the conference. You will receive a paper ID that will allow you to later submit your paper to the conference.
  • Author Update Center For Invited Papers - The Author Update Center allows you to change information on the authors, the title or the abstract of your paper.
  • To Upload Your Invited Paper (including changes) – This link allows you to submit your paper or resubmit changes to the paper. The status of your paper is considered "Final" by the conference since you are an invited paper. A status of "Final" does not mean that you are done; it just means that you are definitely part of the conference. You may be asked to submit changes to your paper by your track coordinator or the proceedings editors as we get the papers to conform to the WSC Paper Guidelines.
