WSC 2012 Sponsorship Opportunities

The Winter Simulation Conference invites sponsorship support and encourages your organization to take advantage of the many opportunities to increase your relationship building, branding, marketing and sales efforts. Sponsorship is an ideal way to:

  • Generate a prominent presence at WSC 2012 in Berlin
  • Increase visibility for your organization and/or product on the WSC website
  • Increase visibility of a product, new release and/or service at the conference
  • Deliver a personal message of commitment to the simulation community
  • Communicate support to conference attendees

Conference giveaway items with your company name and logo will be given to each attendee. Sponsorship for each item is separate, but one sponsor may support several items.

Your Flyer in Attendee Bags
$750 (for each flyer type)
Your promotional flyer will be inserted into attractive conference bags. Maximum trim size is 9” x 12”. Estimated conference attendance is 700.

Coffee & Refreshment Breaks
$1,200 (each)
Attendees flock to refreshment breaks, morning and afternoon, between sessions. This is a great way to achieve instant name recognition. Sponsors are free to distribute items with their company logo or name during the break they sponsor.

Screen Time Before and After Titan Talks
$500 per minute (total time available – 5 minutes)
Your company can provide a promotional video to be played on the big-screen for five minutes before the keynote speeches.Most attendees are usually in the hall around 10 minutes before event time and this opportunity provides immense scope for visibility to a large audience.
